Crowne Plaza Bursa Convention Center & Thermal Spa, an IHG Hotel

Our recent stay at Crowne Plaza Bursa was truly enjoyable, and we’d like to express our gratitude to the wonderful staff who made it even more special. A huge thank you to Kaan at reception, who went above and beyond by upgrading us to a high-floor room, offering complimentary breakfast, and providing excellent city travel recommendations and directions. His fluency in Arabic and the staff’s overall proficiency in English made us feel incredibly welcomed. Another special mention goes to Taha, who gave us fantastic recommendations for local dining spots that truly enhanced our experience. The restaurant service was exceptional, with attentive staff and top-notch food quality offering plenty of options. We also appreciated the free parking and valet service, which made our stay even more convenient. The location is simply unbeatable, making it one of the best places to stay in Bursa. One thoughtful touch that really stood out was the lovely handwritten notes left by the cleaning staff, wishing us a happy stay—a small but heartwarming gesture that made us feel truly valued as guests. A minor point to note is that the AC was off during winter, which is a common practice in many hotels across Turkey. Additionally, there are a few small adjustments that I will communicate directly with the management, but they are not significant enough to impact my decision to stay here again. Overall, Crowne Plaza Bursa exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely return. Highly recommended!

All staff were nice and cooperative, always smiling and responding with excellence for all requests and needs. The location of the hotel is excellent; close to 2 malls, many restaurants, Hudavendigar City Park and extreme park.

Regarding the WIFI questions I just answered "not available" due to the fact that I didn't use WIFI at all and thus no experience. I used my mobile phone data package I ordered from my telecom operator. I liked the everything and the customer service was good with friendly staff with a special mentioning of the young bartender guy at the rooftop bar.

Easy to get to by car and free car parking was great. I was asked if I wanted to change my twin bed booking to a double, which was appreciated. Very friendly staff at reception who gave us a dessert voucher. The King room was large and comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of options and there was fresh orange juice and omelettes when you asked for it. Friendly and helpful breakfast staff.

The most we recognized and like is that wherever area you go in this hotel , you will find a professional employee who will serve you more than what we expect. We would specifically name Mr. Okan, the assistant guest relations manager who greatfully made our stay so wonderful. We would say that his efforts and dealing with us as a family made our plan to be changed. Instead to get back to Istanbul, we extend 2 nights more. Morever, Mr. Regep is another great employee who made our mornings very wonderful. In addition, both Ms.Carmen and Ebru working at the reception are so great too. Simply, we found these employees are so professional and they are reflecting of real people in Turkey and how they treat their guests.We like also facilities such as swimming pool, thermal thereby and Turkish bath.
