The most we recognized and like is that wherever area you go in this hotel , you will find a professional employee who will serve you more than what we expect. We would specifically name Mr. Okan, the assistant guest relations manager who greatfully made our stay so wonderful. We would say that his efforts and dealing with us as a family made our plan to be changed. Instead to get back to Istanbul, we extend 2 nights more. Morever, Mr. Regep is another great employee who made our mornings very wonderful. In addition, both Ms.Carmen and Ebru working at the reception are so great too. Simply, we found these employees are so professional and they are reflecting of real people in Turkey and how they treat their guests.We like also facilities such as swimming pool, thermal thereby and Turkish bath.

Welcoming staff, receptionist was more than happy to provide help about visiting options within city. located right in front of ParkOra which is Live at night with many restaurant options and cafes. Hotel offered us free breakfast vouchers which was much appreciated. The breakfast buffet was good. Carrefour mall is 2 minutes walking behind hotel. Room service food was very good, and service was really fast. Self parking provided by hotel for free. We got superior king room which was very spacious for my small family, and had a great city view. Cleaning service is top notch. Good value for money.

I extended my stay as my wife celebrated her birthday at the hotel. I arranged with the front office events co-ordinator to do something special in the room. The result, my wife was blown away when she walked into the room. everything around this hotel from entrance lobby to breakfast room to the deluxe bedroom was of high standard. Buffet Breakfast had a very wide variety to choose from. Staff were very friendly even thou only person spoke English. Cleanliness exceptional. Bonus to this property is the largest Mall in Bursa opened just around the corner within a 5 minute walk.

we arrived late in the evening after a full day of drive. we were greeted by ANDAC TURKCAN at the reception with his out of the way approach to accommodate us as best and quick he can. He communicated in English since to make us more comfortable to explain what we are looking for tonight. The next morning we were well rested and had a great breakfast before we left at checkout time. It was one of our last days in Turkey and it was one of the best stay made possible by Andac Turkcan at the reception. Thank you
